Job Summary:

We are looking for a certified OnBase Administrator Developer -III with a strong background in building and troubleshooting OnBase low-to-no code solutions. The ideal candidate will have completed or recently renewed their OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) certification and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. This role requires the ability to work directly with business users, troubleshoot production issues, and participate actively in requirements gathering and technical reviews. Experience in state or local government work is strongly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build OnBase low-to-no code solutions following Hyland best practices and design methodology, including Workview standalone applications, Workflow standalone lifecycles, and combined solutions.
  • Develop Document Composition templates.
  • Utilize design thinking to determine and work towards outcomes, not just follow a list of steps.
  • Troubleshoot pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation.
  • Create and edit business processes and technical documentation.
  • Work directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly.
  • Participate actively in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews.
  • Provide support for OnBase Reporting Dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years.
  • 5+ years of experience building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology (Workview standalone applications, Workflow standalone lifecycles, Workflow/Workview combined solutions, Document Composition templates).
  • 5+ years of experience with design thinking to determine and work toward an outcome.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and editing business processes and technical documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal (phone/video) and written (email).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills.
  • Desire and ability to actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews.

Strongly Desired Skills:

  • State and/or Local Government work history.
  • Any CompTIA certifications.
  • Windows Server administration experience.
  • IT Service Management (ITIL) certification.
  • Jira experience (user/and or developer).
  • Agile and Waterfall SDLC experience.
  • Experience with Records Retention processes.
  • OnBase Reporting Dashboards experience.
  • Microsoft Visio experience.
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience.
  • Database reporting experience.

Special Requirements

Hybrid role. Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DESIGNATED START DATE. Primarily remote but available to come onsite as needed. MOI: Skype + F2F. Security Required: Yes. Visa and DL are a must.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)

Location: Madison, WI
