Role Overview: Senior OnBase Developer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated OnBase Developer for a high-impact 12-month contract engagement. This position offers the flexibility of remote work or placement at our client sites in Phoenix, AZ, or Raleigh, NC. As a Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in the design, configuration, and maintenance of OnBase solutions that streamline business processes and enhance organizational efficiency. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the OnBase platform, specifically focusing on Workflow and Workview modules, and the ability to integrate these solutions with external systems like DocuSign.
Technical Responsibilities and Expertise
- Design and develop sophisticated OnBase Workflow and Workview solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
- Write and maintain complex Unity scripts utilizing both the Unity API and Automation API to extend platform functionality.
- Perform detailed configuration changes and develop custom APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between OnBase and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OnBase architecture across all client types, including Configuration, Unity Client, Web Client, and the traditional OnBase Client.
- Design and implement user-friendly forms for critical business decision-making, utilizing E-forms and Unity Forms.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, and Report Services to ensure system stability and performance.
- Manage configuration migrations and ensure the integrity of the OnBase environment through rigorous testing and validation.
- Create and publish OnBase web services and Message Broker solutions to support enterprise-level integrations.
- Implement and manage DocuSign integrations within the OnBase ecosystem to facilitate digital signature workflows.
- Execute SQL queries and scripts for data analysis, reporting, and backend system maintenance.
Professional and Collaborative Skills
- Operate effectively within an Agile framework, actively participating in PI planning, daily Scrum meetings, and retrospective sessions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specification documents.
- Participate in and lead technical walk-throughs, code inspections, and peer review meetings to maintain high quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis for all system changes.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear alignment between technical teams and business units.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning the business domain and application workflows to provide more effective technical solutions.
- Adhere strictly to organizational standards and processes within the testing and development lifecycle.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
