Job Description:

Role: OpenText Software Developer

Location: Remote

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with OpenText Appworks implementation.
  • OpenText Certification for Appworks 24.0 or previous iterations to 16.2.
  • 5+ years of experience coding in Marionette and JavaScript.
  • Must have excellent communication skills due to constant interactions with end users and key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of web design principles.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Development: Developing secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications, often involving customized workflows and databases to track case data, client information, and documents.
  • Workflow Automation: Building automation tools that reduce manual tasks, set reminders for deadlines, and streamline the movement of cases through different stages.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating robust reporting capabilities that provide real-time insights, such as dashboards that visualize case status, metrics, and trends.
  • Integration: Connecting the case management system with other systems for improved functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Investigating and resolving bugs, system performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
