About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead to provide L2 and L3 support for Oracle GL Cloud, AHCS, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management Cloud. This role involves working closely with business users to resolve issues, manage incidents, and support minor enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Cloud and related modules.
Job Description:
- Provide L2 (Incident management and Problem Management) & L3 (Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements) support for Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address challenges and resolve issues within the system.
- Work with product managers to manage and resolve critical incidents effectively.
- Maintain and review design and functional documentation on a monthly basis.
- Support critical business cycles such as month-end close and other cyclical event-based activities.
- Assist with application testing for break fixes and minor enhancements to ensure system stability.
- Participate in the patch upgrade process, presenting new features and conducting impact analyses on existing functionalities.
Must be proficient in:
- Oracle GL Cloud
- AHCS (Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Cloud)
- AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management Cloud
Additionally, Procurement Cloud knowledge would be a plus.

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year
