Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with a strong techno-functional background to join our team. This role involves working on a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including core HR functionalities, reporting, data migration, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 10+ years of techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Core HR and ORC OLC functionalities.
- Proficiently create and update BIP and OTBI reports within Oracle HCM.
- Utilize HDL, HSDL, and HCM extract for data manipulation and management.
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Implement customizations using Page Composer, Application Composer, and Design Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, DFF, EFF, and KFF.
- Familiarity with OIC for facilitating integration analysis, design, impact analysis, and testing.
- Review technical designs, integration testing reports, validation strategies, and data conversion solutions.
- Manage data migration approaches from design through user validation.
- Perform and coordinate testing activities, including test case preparation, execution (DEV and SIT), and documentation of test results.
- Conduct interface impact analysis and coordinate with downstream system owners for integration testing.
- Perform end-to-end integration testing.
- Lead technical design sessions for integrations and new requirements.
- Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants.

Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of office presence per week. The position is located in Morris Plains, NJ. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
