Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team. This role will involve performing complex Systems Analyst work as a member of the IT Enterprise Project Office and Emerging Technologies team, overseeing one or more projects concurrently. The consultant will perform technical and analytical work in support of an Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementation. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in the support of Cloud Recruiting implementation, optimization, stabilization, and ongoing operation. The role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to create a scalable, supportable Recruiting Cloud solution. The ideal candidate will analyze system configurations and confidently guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable solutions. This role will also coordinate with project teams to identify process issues and collaborate with developers on configuration and design to provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly complex Systems Analyst work within the IT Enterprise Project Office and Emerging Technologies team.
- Oversee one or more projects concurrently.
- Conduct technical and analytical work in support of an Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementation.
- Provide extensive hands-on experience in the implementation, optimization, stabilization, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Create and maintain a scalable and supportable Recruiting Cloud solution.
- Analyze system configurations and guide stakeholders towards standard, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify process issues.
- Work with developers on configuration and design to provide solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-7 Years of experience as a systems analyst in a technical or programmer analyst role with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization, functional setup tasks, and workflows.
- Solid grasp of role-based security concepts.
- 4-7 Years of hands-on experience in configuration, design, implementation, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in the Cloud Recruiting module.
- 4-7 Years of experience designing Oracle HCM integrations with other systems, such as PeopleSoft HCM and mainframe ATS applications for complex real-time and batch data synchronization.
- Proficiency with Oracle integration toolset, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for API integration, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT) for secure file handling.
- 4-7 Years of experience with vendor management in a software project setting.
- Ability to guide consulting resources and validate that recommended approaches and designs meet business needs.
- 4-7 Years of demonstrated ability working with stakeholders and development teams.
- Experience facilitating productive meetings that convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle updates and patches.
- 4-7 Years of experience with testing and validation, including user acceptance testing, defect triage, and data validation.
- Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience with Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Taleo Connect Client (TCC).
- 2 Years of experience as a Certified Oracle Fusion HCM / Recruiting professional.
- 2 Years of experience with the Python scripting language.
- 2 Years of experience with Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS).
- 2 Years of experience with Oracle AI Agents, including leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance business process automation, insights, and decision-making.

Compensation & Location
