Position Summary
We are seeking an expert Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our team for a high-impact, 11-month contract engagement. This role is critical for the technical success of our Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of a large-scale enterprise environment. You will be responsible for the design, development, and troubleshooting of technical components across multiple HCM modules, ensuring that the system is tailored to meet specific business requirements while maintaining data integrity and performance.
Technical Scope and Responsibilities
- Module Expertise: Provide deep technical support and configuration expertise across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).
- Reporting and Analytics: Lead the development of complex BI Publisher (BIP) reports. This includes the creation of sophisticated templates using XSLT, RTF, and EText, as well as implementing bursting logic for automated report distribution.
- Logic and Automation: Write and maintain advanced Fast Formulas (FF) to handle complex business logic in Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment modules.
- Data Integration: Design and manage HCM Extracts for both inbound and outbound data flows. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately synchronized between Oracle Cloud and external third-party systems.
- Data Migration: Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for large-scale data migrations and bulk updates, ensuring zero data loss and high quality.
- Database Operations: Leverage strong PL/SQL skills to develop packages and procedures that support backend operations within the ATP Database environment.
Strategic Impact
- Techno-Functional Bridge: Act as a liaison between functional business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Perform advanced debugging of technical issues within the Oracle Cloud environment, providing rapid resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Best Practices: Implement industry-standard best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM development, ensuring that all customizations are upgrade-safe and performant.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
