Job Description:

We are looking for a pure Functional resource with Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, and HR experience. This role involves working closely with main HR business stakeholders to understand HCM business requirements and collaborating with the Information Technology team of the client. A strong understanding of the HR Domain is essential.

The ideal candidate will spearhead comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment. This includes working closely with the CXO community to understand strategic requirements for digital transformation journeys and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment.

You will offer expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industry best practices. The role champions innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes through modern design thinking and emerging technologies. The ability to successfully lead large-scale, multi-country HCM cloud transformations involving complex organizational structures and multiple module implementations is crucial.

Responsibilities include designing and optimizing HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection, cloud readiness assessments, and operational support models. You will deliver Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR process designs, integrating AI accelerators and strategic use cases.

Assistance will be provided in configuring the application for various modules for Cloud HCM such as core HR, Payroll, Talent management, ORC, OTL, etc. You will also advise on workforce transformation strategies, from talent marketplace solutions to skill-based organizational models, promoting learning agility.

A complete understanding of the SDLC starting from requirement analysis, development, testing, production go-live & support is required. The role involves leading complex transformation projects to deliver efficient project outputs and performing requirement analysis and preparing viable HCM solution designs as per client requirements.

Key activities include HCM cloud solution design and presentation to business with value proposition and analysis. You will collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and provide desired support for implementation. Helping HR stakeholders understand product behaviors and providing solutions and workarounds is also part of the role.

Collaboration with the Client team to arrive at the most optimum solution and provide implementation advice is essential.

Special Requirements

Onsite 3 days a week. Long Term Contract.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Jersey City, NJ
