Role Overview
Teamware Solutions is actively recruiting a highly skilled Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with a specialized focus on OBN (Oracle Business Network) Integration for a strategic role in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. This position offers the opportunity to work with a major enterprise client across multiple locations such as Atlanta, Smyrna, and Forest Park. The ideal candidate will bring between 8 and 10 years of professional experience, with a deep specialization in Oracle Cloud implementations. This role is critical for organizations looking to modernize their supply chain operations through seamless B2B collaboration and advanced document exchange protocols. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business processes and technical Oracle Cloud configurations, ensuring that the supply chain ecosystem operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Functional Duties
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Financial modules.
- Architect and manage OBN/B2B integration strategies, focusing on the Oracle Business Network to facilitate enhanced collaboration with external partners and vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of B2B collaboration tools and EDI/XML document exchange processes to automate and streamline supply chain transactions.
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with specific business requirements, ensuring that all functional components are optimized for performance.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting within the Oracle Cloud environment.
- Perform detailed data mapping to ensure that information flows accurately between disparate systems and the Oracle Cloud platform.
- Analyze and refine core business processes, with a specific focus on the Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycles.
- Collaborate closely with technical development teams to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical designs and integrations.
- Manage stakeholder engagement by providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to drive platform adoption and proficiency.
- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for issues related to OBN integrations and B2B document flows.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure that all Oracle Cloud configurations adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards for supply chain management.
Required Professional Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
- At least 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Implementation, specifically within SCM, Procurement, or Financials.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Specific, verifiable experience with Oracle Business Network (OBN), B2B collaboration frameworks, or EDI/XML document exchange standards.
- High proficiency in Oracle Cloud application configuration and complex data mapping techniques.
- Strong technical skills in SQL for data extraction, reporting, and system validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure enterprise environment.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
- Official Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Procurement Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working within large-scale retail, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with advanced Oracle Cloud modules such as Global Order Promising (GOP) or Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO).

Compensation & Location
