Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP modules, integration, and implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring quality control, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for all project deliverables.
  • Identify, analyze, and quantify assumptions, risks, and issues, ensuring regular review to mitigate risks and resolve identified issues.
  • Plan, organize, control, and deliver the project within time and on budget.
  • Ensure strong communication and client-facing skills are maintained throughout the project.
  • Work independently in an onsite environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, including Finance, SCM, or other relevant modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI is essential.
  • Proven ability to perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades for Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
