Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager to join our team for a 1-year contract. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and hands-on experience with Oracle integration tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope and budget. This position can be performed remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams through the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for project deliverables and processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and quantify project assumptions, risks, and issues, ensuring regular review and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Plan, organize, control, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and client-facing teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP, Finance, SCM, and other relevant modules.
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI for integration and reporting needs.
  • Perform system upgrades and manage the overall project scope.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving to address project challenges.
  • Work independently and effectively in a remote or onsite environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, Finance, SCM, or other modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing project teams and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Experience in planning and delivering projects on time and within budget.
