Job Description: Oracle Consultant – OIC – Retail Domain
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant with L2 Support expertise in Oracle Retail modules to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our retail merchandising systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, and other related modules, along with proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Databricks, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application support for Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, and Oracle Retail Price Management.
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures and maintaining system integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Retail applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Document support procedures and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementations as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all supported modules.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Retail features and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams regarding system status and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Retail modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, and other Oracle Retail merchandising modules.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Databricks and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the retail domain is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with procedural language concepts.
