Job Title: Oracle CPQ Lead/Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Lead/Architect with a minimum of 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle CPQ, including BML and Groovy scripting, and experience in solution architecture and UI design. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions.
  • Develop and maintain BML scripts for business rules and Groovy scripts for advanced customization.
  • Architect comprehensive solutions for Oracle CPQ and PRM.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle CPQ.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of CPQ solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle CPQ features and best practices.

Technical Qualifications:

  • BML Scripting: Strong understanding and extensive experience in BML scripting for Oracle CPQ.
  • CPQ Technical: Deep technical understanding of Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) with the ability to handle complex configurations.
  • Groovy Scripting: Proficiency in Groovy scripting for advanced customization within Oracle CPQ.
  • Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions in Oracle CPQ and PRM.
  • UI (User Interface) Design: Ability to design intuitive and effective user interfaces.
  • Oracle Project Manufacturing: Knowledge of Oracle Project Manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Bill of Material: Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) and its application.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant Oracle certifications is a plus.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to evolving business needs and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Skill in managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Visa: US Citizen or Green Card preferred, but EAD and H1B are acceptable.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
