Job Overview:

Stellarwins Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Lead for an urgent requirement. This role is based in San Jose, CA, but is open for remote work with the expectation of working within the PST time zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM leadership or consulting, specifically with Oracle Service Cloud (Fusion).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM initiatives and provide consulting expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (Fusion).
  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure alignment with CRM/contact center best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strong onsite leadership (when required, though role is remote-friendly).
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation for CRM solutions.
  • Manage CRM projects within cross-functional enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams on scripting (JavaScript, PHP) within Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Work with middleware/integration tools such as MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Contribute to customer experience analytics and reporting using tools like Oracle BI or Genesys reporting.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM leadership or consulting roles with Oracle Service Cloud (Fusion).
  • Solid understanding of customer service operations and CRM/contact center best practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing projects in cross-functional enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle B2B Service Certified).
  • Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, PHP) in Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Understanding of customer experience analytics and reporting (e.g., Oracle BI, Genesys reporting).

Open for remote – Ready to work in PST time zone.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
