Job Description:
- Manage and configure CWB, Core HR, SSHR.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation.
- Able to create life events, eligibility profiles, formulas, options, plans, rates, and plan enrollment requirements.
- Able to award and publish budgets, make allocations, and refreshes.
- Able to post the comp plans to payroll.
- Maintain and update HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, and Organization Hierarchies.
- Support functional testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel runs.
- Review HR processes, propose optimizations, and ensure best practices.
- Coordinate with Technical teams on integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports.
- Validate payroll calculations, costing, and end-to-end process flows.
- Support AME rules, workflow approvals, form personalizations (functional view).
- Conduct HR data validations and support employee data corrections.
- Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and monthly releases.
- Create user training documents and provide end-user training.
- Work with SOA/EDI/Network/IDM teams for functional coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR audits, security reviews, and change management processes.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x): Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service.
- Strong understanding of Compensation Plan Designs.
- Strong knowledge of CWB plan structures.
- Knowledge about the compensation processes/steps/flows/tasks.
- Knowledge about configuration of dynamic columns.
- Deep understanding of comp roles like Worksheet Managers and Administrators.
- Experience with HRMS configuration workbench.
- Hands-on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies.
- Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding).
- Strong exposure to AOL objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options).
- Familiarity with AOL setups: Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups.
- Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications.
- Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs.
- Experience in test cycles: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs.
- Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls.
- Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs.
