Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Data Migration Lead/Architect to manage and direct daily team activities and implement a comprehensive Data Migration Strategy. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Oracle Service or Oracle Field Service, and the ability to manage master data migration impacting multiple modules and B2B transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct team on daily activities.
- Understand, create, and implement Data Migration Strategy.
- Ensure resources have knowledge of Oracle Service or Oracle Field Service at a minimum.
- Act as a doer as well as a lead.
- Oversee master data migration impacting multiple modules and specific B2B transactions.
- Understand mechanisms for checks/balance on record counts/errors for data validation.
- Work with PMO to provide status updates and mitigation plans.
- Identify and resolve blockers for the team.
- Collaborate with technical/business teams to identify necessary fields for conversation and obtain technical/business sign-off on data mappings.
- Work with business teams on questions related to User Story functionality, data mapping, and obtain approval for data mappings.
- Create/update Dashboards in Jira.
- Provide support to SIT/QA/UAT for questions related to Data Migration.
- Understand and utilize tools like Alteryx or similar for testing data migrations.
- Execute detailed Data Migration tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Lead or Architect in Oracle Data Migration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Service or Oracle Field Service.
- Experience with master data migration and B2B transactions.
- Familiarity with data validation mechanisms (record counts/errors).
- Experience in providing status updates and mitigation plans to PMO.
- Ability to identify and resolve team blockers.
- Experience working with technical and business teams on data mapping and sign-offs.
- Proficiency in creating/updating Jira Dashboards.
- Experience supporting SIT/QA/UAT phases.
- Familiarity with data migration testing tools such as Alteryx.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
