About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Analyst with a specialization in Financials to join our remote team. This role is crucial for managing, configuring, and enhancing our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of financial module configurations, custom code development, and the integration of third-party applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic organization and leverage their expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive configuration of Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Financial Modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Develop and implement custom code solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design, build, and maintain interfaces for third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and data integrity within the Oracle EBS environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of financial processes.
- Provide end-user training and support on application changes and new functionalities.
- Participate in testing cycles, including the creation and execution of test scripts, to validate solutions before deployment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL).
- Proven ability in application configuration and custom code creation within Oracle EBS.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and creating technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
- Experience with third-party application interface creation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in test script creation and execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing end-user training on application changes.
- Familiarity with other Oracle modules beyond financials.
- Experience working in a remote capacity.
