Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with a strong background in TCA, Oracle Payables, Cash Management, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite in either Princeton, NJ, or Midtown Manhattan, NY, with the remaining days offering remote flexibility. The position is for an initial duration of 9 months, with a strong possibility of extension to over a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis and functional configuration of core Oracle EBS modules including TCA, Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
  • Gather detailed business requirements and meticulously document current business processes related to vendor management, accounts payable, banking operations, and accounting functions.
  • Provide crucial support during month-end close activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries and the generation of necessary financial reports.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them rigorously to ensure the functionality and integrity of the system.
  • Document both functional and technical designs for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
  • Support ongoing system upgrades, planned enhancements, and data conversion activities.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster their development.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated strong expertise in TCA, Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), and FAH.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Oracle EBS R12, including modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and international accounting standards.
  • Proven experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a distributed team environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
