Job Description: Oracle EPCM/EPBCS/EPM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPCM/EPBCS/EPM Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in configuring EPCM models, optimizing allocations, and proficiency in EPBCS. The consultant will also be involved in the Projects module and integration aspects of EPM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on configuration of Oracle EPCM models, including allocation rules, POVs, cost objects, and driver-based methodologies.
- Optimize complex allocation processes within EPCM.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Oracle EPBCS, including forms, rules, Data Management, and security configurations.
- Contribute to at least one planning module and be willing to learn others within EPBCS.
- Support or implement the EPBCS Projects module, including actuals integration and driver setup.
- Utilize EPM Data Management for integrations, including flat file/API based interfaces.
- Work with mappings, drill-through, and reconciliation processes within EPM.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for EPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPCM and EPBCS implementations.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings.
- Ensure successful delivery of EPM projects within scope and timeline.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including demos and proposal development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the EPM environment.
- Perform system testing and validation.
- Assist in the development of business cases for EPM solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in EPM.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of the EPM practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Oracle EPCM models, allocation rules, POVs, cost objects, and driver-based methodologies.
- Proven experience optimizing complex allocations.
- 2+ years of Oracle EPBCS proficiency (forms, rules, Data Management, security).
- Ability to contribute across at least one planning module and learn others.
- Experience supporting or implementing the EPBCS Projects module (or equivalent project planning solutions) including actuals integration and driver setup.
- Practical experience with EPM Data Management, flat file/API based interfaces.
- Comfort working with mappings, drill through, and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year
