Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead
The Products team is seeking a Senior Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead (Level 8) to drive the design and implementation of high-impact Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. This role bridges the gap between complex financial planning requirements and technical execution to deliver robust Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with a focus on EPBCS modules (Workforce, CapEx, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and configure EPM applications including EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Develop and maintain EPM artifacts such as forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts.
- Perform data integrations using Data Management tools, REST APIs, and other ETL mechanisms.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while providing post-go-live support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a Level 8 seniority mindset, combining deep technical mastery of Groovy scripting and EPBCS modules with the functional fluency to lead client presentations. They must be local to the Chicago/Lisle area and comfortable working in an on-site office environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
