Job Description: Oracle EPM Consultant with Admin

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with strong administrative capabilities to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and supporting our Oracle EPM suite, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of EPM functionalities and a proven track record in system administration and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Oracle EPM suite, including EPBCS, Essbase, FCCS, FDMEE, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS.
  • Provide hands-on development experience, particularly in PCMCS and ARCS, which is highly beneficial for this role.
  • Utilize Oracle SQL for effective data management, complex querying, and troubleshooting of system issues.
  • Manage system configurations, execute software updates, and maintain the integrity of metadata hierarchies.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various Hyperion modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor data integrations from ERP systems, with a specific focus on Oracle EBS.
  • Design and maintain financial reports using standard tools such as Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls, including adherence to SOX requirements.
  • Document system architecture, configuration changes, and all administrative procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing technical support to ensure users can effectively leverage the EPM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience administering and supporting Oracle EPM suite components (EPBCS, Essbase, FCCS, FDMEE, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
  • Hands-on development experience in PCMCS and ARCS is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data manipulation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with system configuration, updates, and metadata management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and other ERP system integrations.
  • Experience in designing and generating financial reports using FRS and Smart View.
  • Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide effective end-user training and support.

This is an onsite contract position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Oracle EPM environment.
