Job Summary:

The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for applying past experience and industry standards in the planning, organizing, and execution of Business Needs Assessments (commonly referred to as Business Requirements) for the development and enhancement of enterprise application capabilities that are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

This role supports and optimizes Oracle Cloud Applications, including Financials, Procurement, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

The Senior Applications Analyst may engage in the solutioning of complex functional and technical challenges and recommend, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud and EPM system capabilities including ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) & FCCS (Financial close and consolidation service) to support complex business processes and project objectives.

This includes partnering with business and IT stakeholders to translate financial, accounting, and operational requirements into effective system designs and configurations.

The Senior Applications Analyst plays a sustained role throughout the full Development Life Cycle, including gathering and documenting business requirements, creating use-case scenarios, modelling end-to-end business and financial processes, and supporting solution design, testing, and deployment.

The role also contributes to planning and governance activities to ensure that delivered solutions particularly within Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP Financials, EPM Cloud, and Oracle Account Reconciliation and Financial Close and Consolidation applications meet business, compliance, and reporting requirements while enabling improved financial close, reconciliation, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Business Needs Assessments and translate requirements into effective system designs.
  • Support and optimize Oracle Cloud Applications (Financials, Procurement, EPM).
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud and EPM system capabilities (ARCS, FCCS).
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders for effective system designs.
  • Gather and document business requirements, create use-case scenarios.
  • Model end-to-end business and financial processes.
  • Support solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to planning and governance activities for Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP Financials, EPM Cloud, and Oracle Account Reconciliation and Financial Close and Consolidation applications.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Enable improved financial close, reconciliation, and performance management processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications (Financials, Procurement, EPM).
  • Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial close and consolidation service).
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience in full Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of financial, accounting, and operational processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP Financials.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
