Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OFS Cloud configuration, routing, scheduling, and optimization. This is an immediate opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud.
- Implement and manage OFS routing, scheduling, and optimization functionalities.
- Configure and support OFS Core Manage, Mobility, and Collaborate modules.
- Ensure seamless integration between OFS and Siebel CRM.
- Develop and execute data synchronization strategies between systems.
- Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs and web services for system integrations.
- Configure business rules, activity types, and resource management settings within OFS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OFS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on OFS best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud configuration.
- Strong expertise in OFS routing, scheduling, and optimization.
- Experience with OFS Core Manage, Mobility, and Collaborate modules.
- Solid understanding of Siebel CRM architecture and field service modules.
- Experience in OFS/Siebel integration and data synchronization.
- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience in configuring business rules, activity types, and resource management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Additional Information:
This role is based in Wauwatosa, WI and is an onsite position. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. We accept all visa types and EADs, including CPT, OPT, H4, L2, H1B, GC EAD, GC, TN, and USC. Please note that fake GC applications will not be considered.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
