Job Summary

Overview of the Role
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant specializing in Oracles HCM Helpdesk, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact human capital management solutions for our clients.
You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our HCM Helpdesk offering is optimally configured, implemented, and supported.
Your expertise will drive business process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience, contributing directly to organizational success.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a strong emphasis on the HCM Helpdesk module.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Customize and optimize HCM Helpdesk workflows, case management, and service request handling.
  • Provide hands-on technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents related to Oracle HCM Helpdesk.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion platform enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.

Special Requirements

Visa: USC/TN ONLY. Location: Pennsylvania, USA (Onsite mandatory). Mandatory Skill: Specializing in Oracles HCM Helpdesk.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
