Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality Management (SQM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, configurations, and support activities related to Quality Management and Supplier Quality processes within Oracle Fusion. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Quality Management (SQM) modules. Configure quality issues, actions, and workflows; inspection plans and results; quality checkpoints and controls; and non-conformance and corrective actions. Design and implement robust Supplier Quality Management processes.
- Process Design & Business Analysis: Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE). Define quality processes across Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
- Integration & Data Flow: Design integrations between Quality Management and Procurement/Inventory/Manufacturing modules, as well as between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems. Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and file-based integrations.
- Testing & Deployment: Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage data migration using FBDI templates, coordinate cutover activities, and provide go-live and hypercare support.
- Support & Governance: Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot quality-related issues and system defects. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on expertise in Quality Management (SQM) and Supplier Quality processes.
- Experience with Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection processes and Non-conformance and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and system integrations.
- Knowledge of FBDI, OTBI, and BI Reports.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion SCM Certification.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Pharma).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
Location: Wawatosa, WI
