Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical expertise, with a primary focus on Receivables, Advanced Collections, and General Ledger modules. This role involves mapping business processes, conducting workshops, and translating requirements into effective Fusion ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, with a focus on Receivables, Advanced Collections, and General Ledger.
  • Conduct business process analysis and workshops to gather and document client requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Fusion ERP to meet those needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on solution design, best practices, and system configurations.
  • Oversee data migration activities using FBDI (Fusion Business Document Integration).
  • Guide technical teams in developing OTBI reports and OIC integrations.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 13+ years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Receivables and Advanced Collections.
  • Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL).
  • Proficiency in mapping business processes and translating requirements.
  • Experience in solution design, suggesting best-fit solutions and configurations.
  • Proven experience with data migration using FBDI.
  • Experience guiding teams in OTBI reporting and OIC integrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 75% Functional and 25% Technical skill balance.
