Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (ORC)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant with extensive domain knowledge in the hire-to-retire cycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 2 specifically using Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess expert working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Recruiting modules.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Fusion HCM Cloud Recruiting business processes and their data flow.
  • Have client-facing experience in Fusion HCM Projects, actively participating in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Showcase good experience in enabling Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for Oracle SaaS Cloud, specifically for Oracle Recruiting modules.
  • Possess a strong understanding of profile options required for Redwood enablement in Recruiting.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of issues related to Redwood UI enablement for Recruiting pages and their resolution processes.
  • Ability to guide customers and the team on best practices for Redwood enablement.
  • Have good experience in re-doing/migrating necessary customizations/personalizations in Redwood using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Possess the ability to use Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to configure and extend Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Demonstrate good experience in applying business validations on pages, defaulting fields based on region/location/BU/LOB, and using bind variables on UI pages.
  • Have good experience working in Express mode to manage Constants, Business Rules, Page Properties, etc., to support business requirements.
  • Possess a good understanding of enabling/disabling fields based on context (e.g., Manager, Employee, HR Manager).
  • Have good experience in integrating Journeys onto pages.
  • Provide good experience in enabling Reports/Dashboards on standard pages.
  • Possess good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamically changing project environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
  • At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 using Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).
  • Expert working experience in Recruiting modules in Fusion HCM.
  • Client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
