Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Lead

Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Lead for an onsite role in San Jose, CA. This is a C2C contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have 10 -15 Years of total experience & 7+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
  • Should have completed at least 5 full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Benefits, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation Modules.
  • Expertise on functional Requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions, Fusion HCM Configurations, workarounds.
  • In-depth Understanding of delivered Integration methodologies and interfaces HDL, Web services, PaaS Integrations, 3rd Party Integrations.
  • Expertise on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, Extracts, Redwood enablement.
  • In-depth understanding of History Data Conversion, History Data Loading/migration.
  • In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps.
  • Good Documentation skills ASIS, Functional Specifications/Design, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP.
  • Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end-to-end business process.
  • Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools, Change management tools and other project management tools.
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients.
  • Should be well-versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies.
  • Experience on Coexistence scenario implementation Fusion apps with another ERP applications such as Oracle eBiz is a bonus.
  • Should be able to perform his/her duties independently.
  • Should have Good Communication Skills (verbal & written).
  • Should have worked with Global clients; any experience with US Clientele is good to have.

Job Title: Salesforce QA

We are also looking for a Salesforce QA for a role in Hartford, CT.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
  • Test Salesforce integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware).
  • Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues and ensure quality releases.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Provar.
  • Perform data migration and ETL validation testing.
  • Provide QA sign-off for releases and deployments.
