Role Overview
T3Pillars is looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion ODI Consultant to join our team for a high-impact onsite project in Chicago, IL. With a requirement for over 12 years of experience, this role is tailored for an expert who can design, implement, and optimize sophisticated data solutions. The focus of this engagement is the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of critical data from Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) into the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) to drive advanced analytics and business intelligence. This is a senior-level consulting role requiring both deep technical execution and strategic architectural oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to move data from Fusion Cloud sources to ADW.
- Design and manage semantic modeling and data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy of reporting and KPIs across the enterprise.
- Optimize data solutions for performance, ensuring that large-scale data transfers are efficient, reliable, and meet strict SLAs.
- Utilize and customize pre-built analytics from Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement robust security protocols for data at rest and in transit, adhering to enterprise compliance and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the data warehouse.
- Manage the integration of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) with the underlying data warehouse for seamless visualization and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) best practices.
- Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to ensure the scalability of the data integration platform.
Technical Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in data engineering and ETL development, with a heavy focus on Oracle technologies.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for enterprise-level deployments.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM data structures and API capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and cloud-native data modeling techniques.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for complex data manipulation, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.

Candidates must demonstrate a history of successful large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations and possess the communication skills necessary to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
