Job Title: Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead – Energy Domain
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead with a strong background in the Energy Domain to join our client’s team. This is an onsite position located in Miami, FL, with a contract duration of 12+ months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and actionable reporting across Oracle Fusion to support critical financial, operational, and executive decision-making needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive reporting strategies across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within Oracle Fusion.
- Report Development: Develop, manage, and maintain various types of reports, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and other operational reports.
- Support and Compliance: Provide robust support for management, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring all reports meet necessary compliance standards.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency of data across all integrated systems.
- Security and Governance: Manage reporting security, access controls, and establish clear governance policies to maintain data integrity and user access.
- User Enablement: Support user training initiatives and promote the adoption of reporting tools and best practices within the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP reporting.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher is essential.
- Proven experience in financial and operational reporting within the Energy Domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
