Position Summary
Cyberobotix is seeking a visionary Oracle Fusion Solution Architect and Chief Specialist to lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. This is a high-impact role based in Houston, TX, requiring a strategic thinker who can align complex technical architectures with overarching business objectives. You will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution strategies that ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security across the entire ERP ecosystem. With a focus on manufacturing and project-oriented environments, you will drive innovation and excellence in ERP delivery for our global clients.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define and implement architectural principles and governance standards for Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions that meet rigorous business requirements.
- Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, from requirements gathering and prototyping to deployment and hypercare.
- Architect complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other modern middleware platforms.
- Provide deep functional and technical expertise across modules including SCM, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Leverage the Redwood UX framework and VBCS to enhance user experience and system functionality.
- Develop and document system architectures, operational processes, and configuration standards.
- Mentor IT Business Applications teams and provide technical consulting to executive leadership.
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise application lifecycle management.
- At least 10 years of dedicated experience in designing and implementing Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Proven track record of leading at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Expertise in Discrete/Flow Manufacturing, including ETO, MTO, and MTS strategies.
- Strong technical knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Python for cloud-based customizations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion BI tools, analytics, and OCI PaaS/SaaS components.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials, SCM, or OCI are highly preferred.

Special Requirements
2nd round in-person interview required; up to 5% domestic/international travel; requires 15+ years of experience; 4+ full-cycle implementations.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
