About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle GoldenGate professional to join our client’s team for a remote position. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing real-time CDC pipelines for critical healthcare datasets. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of microservices architecture, performing data transformations, and executing zero-downtime migrations. A strong understanding of healthcare compliance and data handling is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement real-time CDC pipelines (Extract/Pump/Replicat, trail files) for healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, provider).
- Operate microservices architecture across on-prem/OCI/hybrid environments; monitor lag/throughput and automate restarts.
- Apply in-flight transformations (MAP/FILTER/COLMAP) including sensitive data handling and masking.
- Execute zero-downtime migrations and manage schema evolution with post-cutover validation.
- Perform reconciliation and maintain runbooks, SLAs, and auditability aligned to healthcare compliance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle GoldenGate, including Extract, Pump, and Replicat.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud environments (OCI, hybrid).
- Familiarity with healthcare data structures and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Strong understanding of data transformation and masking techniques.
- Experience with zero-downtime migration strategies.
- Proficiency in Veridata for reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GoldenGate Microservices for HA/DR and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
