Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fast Formula specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will be responsible for implementing complex business logic, validations, and calculations, primarily across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will ensure that configurations accurately meet functional requirements and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HCM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to meet specific business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional Fast Formula logic.
- Test and validate Fast Formulas to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with business rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formula execution.
- Collaborate with functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation) to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain documentation for all developed Fast Formulas.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM updates and new features related to Fast Formulas.
- Ensure configurations align with best practices and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Expertise in implementing complex business logic, validations, and calculations.
- Primary experience working across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and data model.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position with a duration of 6+ months.
- The interview process will consist of 2 rounds.
