Role Overview
Pacer Group is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Sr. Functional Analyst for a critical 6-month contract engagement in Cleveland, OH. This onsite role requires a professional with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS HCM environments to lead functional implementations and support business-critical HR processes. As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that the Oracle HCM suite is optimized to meet the evolving needs of a global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to document complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure HCM modules based on specific client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Execute comprehensive system testing, manage data validation efforts, and provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain critical technical components such as Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HCM Extracts.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement robust integrations and reporting solutions.
- Deliver high-quality end-user training and provide dedicated post-go-live support to ensure seamless adoption.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Proven proficiency in developing Fast Formulas and utilizing HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Strong background in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as ODI, PowerCenter, or Talend is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Oracle databases, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux shell scripting and version control tools.

Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year
