Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Functional professional to join our team. This role involves administration, configuration, and development within Oracle HCM SAAS. The position requires a hybrid work model initially, with the first two weeks onsite and occasional onsite presence in Richmond, VA thereafter. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to critical HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Oracle HCM SAAS.
- Develop OTBI, BI Publisher, and RTF reports.
- Create Dashboard visualizations and utilize Data Fusion analytics.
- Manage and configure HCM modules including Core, Talent, Compensation, ORC, and Learning.
- Configure workflows and design user journeys.
- Perform HDL loads and develop interfaces.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide support.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams to ensure system alignment.
- Develop and maintain automated integrations.
Required Skills:
- Oracle HCM SAAS administration and configuration
- OTBI, BI Publisher and RTF report development
- Dashboard development and Data Fusion analytics
- Experience with HCM modules: Core, Talent, Compensation, ORC, and Learning
- Workflow configuration and journey creation
- HDL loads and interface development
Preferred Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting end user issues
