Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer SME with over 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years specifically as an OIM Java developer in large enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Identity Manager and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, including recertification, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access requests, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), and provisioning/deprovisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Identity Manager and IGA processes such as recertification, RBAC, access request, SoD, JML, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Analyze and understand the organization’s recertification, access request, and RBAC processes.
- Analyze and understand how these processes and features are implemented in OIM and other IGA products like SailPoint, IBM ISIM, and homegrown applications.
- Analyze and understand the APIs and data models of OIM and other IGA products.
- Guide application architecture and design teams on best practices for recertification processes and Role Management/RBAC to develop custom UIs and Role Management layers on top of OIM, ISIM, SailPoint, and other IGA tools.
- Guide application development teams on OIM, SailPoint, and ISIM APIs and database models to extract objects like certifications, access requests, entitlements, identities, and roles, and to update and write back changes.
- Ensure methodical execution with attention to detail.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other teams to manage dependencies and stakeholders.
- Anticipate problems and roadblocks, and effectively communicate and manage them.
- Provide excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Must Have: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Java, J2EE, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Directories, Databases/SQL.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ, IBM ISIM, IBM TIM.
- Experience with Networking, DNS.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager projects.
- Minimum 6+ years as an OIM Java developer in large enterprise environments.
- 6+ years of Oracle Identity Manager developer experience focusing on:
- JML Provisioning/Deprovisioning
- Recertification
- RBAC, SoD
- Application Integrations
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Identity Manager components, services, and dependencies.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance, Joint-Mover-Leaver, Recertification, and RBAC processes in the IGA domain.
- Hands-on experience with application integrations, configurations, workflows, and policies in OIM for IGA, RBAC, Recertification, and Identity Management.
- Hands-on experience leveraging OIM Java/J2EE APIs and data model to extract data and invoke activities programmatically from external systems.
- In-depth knowledge and strong full-stack Java, J2EE development experience working with OIM APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, Linux/Unix, and Unix/Power/Python Scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and workflows, and integrations with OIM.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ and IBM ISIM.
- Ability to guide engineering and development teams for integration with OIM APIs and database models.
