Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle JDE World Functional Consultant with strong support expertise in Sales Order Management and Product Configuration. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of JDE World environments along with hands-on experience in AS400 technologies and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for Oracle JDE World applications
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
- Troubleshoot issues in Sales Order Management and Product Configuration modules
- Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance
- Support batch jobs, integrations, and data-related issues
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing
