Job Description:
Managing and Maintaining the OKE Environment in OCI. Creating, Managing, and Scaling OKE clusters including the node pools and worker nodes. Managing node pools including creating, updating, and deleting nodes. Monitoring the node performances. Managing pods including creating, updating, and deleting pods as well as monitoring pod performance and logs. Managing deployments, including creating, updating, and rolling back deployments as well as monitoring deployment performance and logs.
Ensuring the security and compliance of the OKE environments, managing the network policies, secrets, and Role-Based Access Controls.
Responsible for upgrading and patching of OKE clusters, managing version upgrades and patching for security updates.
Integrating OKE with other OCI services such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Registry (OCIR), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure monitoring, and Logging services.
Tools and Technologies:
- Able to use OCI console, OCI CLI, Kubernetes CLI, OCI Registry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Special Requirements
Onsite in Wawatosa, WI.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
