Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing SME (R12 SCM) for an onsite position in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with a strong focus on R12 Manufacturing modules. This role requires hands-on expertise in various SCM functionalities and a deep understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and implementation for Oracle R12 Manufacturing modules.
- Conduct hands-on configuration and implementation of manufacturing processes.
- Develop functional design documents and configuration documentation.
- Support CRP planning, SIT, UAT, and functional testing phases.
- Offer expertise in production deployments, runbooks, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, DBAs, and data migration specialists.
- Leverage expertise in Discrete Manufacturing processes.
- Assist with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud / SaaS SCM implementations if applicable.
- Facilitate strong stakeholder communication and conduct user training sessions.
- Analyze legacy (10.7) to R12 business process mapping and identify gaps.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle SCM.
- Strong focus on Oracle R12 Manufacturing modules.
- Hands-on expertise in BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS, Inventory Planning & ATP.
- Solid understanding of legacy (10.7) to R12 business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Experience in design, configuration, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to prepare functional design and configuration documents.
- Experience in CRP planning, SIT, UAT support, and functional testing.
- Strong exposure to production deployments, runbooks, and hypercare support.
- Collaboration experience with technical teams, DBAs, and data migration activities.
- Expertise in Discrete Manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud / SaaS SCM is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder communication and user training experience.

This is an onsite position located in Dallas, TX. We are open to candidates on various visa types, including CPT, OPT, H4, L2, H1B, GC EAD, GC, TN, and USC. Please note that we do not accept fake GC candidates.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
