Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle OCI (Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service) developer to design and implement high-performance data integration solutions within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT processes to migrate and transform data between systems using ODI 11g/12c. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL development, and experience with OCI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ODI interfaces, packages, procedures, and load plans.
  • Handle full and incremental data loads.
  • Perform complex data transformations, cleansing, and validation.
  • Utilize ODI Knowledge Modules for efficient data manipulation.
  • Optimize execution time for data loads and tune SQL queries.
  • Manage indexes and refine transformation logic for performance.
  • Configure ODI Topology, including Data Servers, Physical/Logical Schemas, and Agents.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and DBAs to define requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Monitor production jobs and troubleshoot data integration errors.
  • Maintain technical documentation for data integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience with ODI 12c/11g, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience: 3-10 years in data warehousing and ETL development.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration or BI Applications (OBIEE/OAC).
  • Experience designing and implementing high-performance data integration solutions.
  • Proficiency in data transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques.
  • Experience with performance tuning of ETL processes and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with OCI services related to data integration and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
