Job Summary

We are urgently hiring for an Oracle OIC ERP professional to join our team. This role involves managing and leading project teams, acting as a quality control check, and ensuring project delivery within time and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams for Oracle OIC ERP implementations.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
  • Identify, analyze, and quantify assumptions, risks, and issues, ensuring regular review to mitigate risks and resolve identified issues.
  • Plan, organize, control, and deliver the project within time and on budget.
  • Perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
  • Provide strong communication and client-facing support.
  • Work independently in a remote or onsite environment.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, or other modules).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading project teams.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
