Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Time & Labor Technical Consultant to support and enhance HCM Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and delivering technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Oracle HCM Time & Labor modules
- Troubleshoot issues, handle support tickets & perform RCA
- Work on enhancements and implement technical extensions
- Collaborate with customers and SMEs to deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies
- Strong experience with Timecard layouts, rules, categories & workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle APEX, Reports
- Experience with integrations (HCM, Absences, Payroll)
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of software engineering practices & business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to process improvement
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
