Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PDH Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PDH from both functional and technical perspectives. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating and executing test cases, and providing solutions to business needs related to product master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements for Oracle PDH and related modules.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide functional and technical solutions for product master data requirements.
  • Analyze data and ensure data integrity within the PDH system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive project success.
  • Lead by influence and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Work on large-scale programs and handle day-to-day operational requests.
  • Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Foster a team spirit and exhibit excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
  • Utilize knowledge of Agile principles and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle PDH (Product Hub Data) from functional and technical aspects.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and lead by influence.
  • Experience working on large-scale programs and handling operational requests.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
  • Good knowledge of Agile principles and processes.
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a plus.
  • Experience/Exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
