Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to join our premier client for an on-site contract role in Philadelphia, PA. This position is crucial for managing a significant Oracle Fusion Integration project, involving the development of interfaces, extensions, reports, and data migration based on a provided solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, Business Integration (BI) partners, and Program Management Office (PMO) partners for the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Manage the Capgemini team, including both onshore and offshore resources.
- Ensure consultants have hands-on experience in managing Fusion Transformation projects, with a focus on technical work related to RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
- Oversee project progress reporting and ensure timely updates to all relevant parties.
- Work with the technical team to build and deliver RICE objects as per project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure consultants have a strong understanding of Fusion Technical architecture.
- Liaise with business users and IT teams to effectively resolve issues logged in the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in managing transformation projects involving Oracle SaaS cloud and RICE items.
- Overall functional experience of 12 to 15 years in relevant domains.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle SaaS Financials and PPM processes, including their integration with third-party applications.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements and business processes within Oracle SaaS Financials and PPM applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with key client stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective team and client management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in the IT profession, with a significant portion dedicated to project management in Oracle environments.
