Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle RMCS Cloud SaaS Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This role is critical for driving financial transformation and ensuring robust revenue management for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) revenue functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle RMCS Cloud SaaS modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate and lead customer workshops to gather, document, and refine complex business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Finance Cloud modules, specifically focusing on revenue recognition and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical architects to identify optimal design approaches and integration strategies.
- Work closely with integration teams on data mapping activities to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Provide expert guidance on Quote to Cash and subscription-based business processes.
- Support and collaborate with team managers across various operational areas to ensure project success.
Detailed Requirements
The successful candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS revenue functional processes. Furthermore, at least 3 years of dedicated experience with Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) is required. You should have a proven track record of configuring Oracle Finance Cloud modules and a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle. Experience in subscription management and revenue processes is highly desirable. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. The role requires a proactive professional who can operate independently while contributing effectively to a cross-functional team environment. Your expertise will be vital in helping our clients navigate the complexities of modern revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
