Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Project Manager with a strong background in supply chain management and release management. This is an onsite position requiring 10+ years of relevant experience. A mandatory requirement for this role is Cisco experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects within the supply chain management track, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee release management processes, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
- Utilize mandatory experience in Oracle SCM track to drive functional and technical solutions.
- Leverage mandatory Cisco experience to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage the process of raising change requests and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication of project-related tasks, including plans, timelines, and requirements, between different teams.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Release Management within the Supply Chain Management domain.
- Mandatory experience in Oracle SCM track.
- Mandatory Cisco experience.
- Proven ability to manage change requests and approval processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
