Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Exton, PA. This role is critical for the analysis, delivery, and optimization of our Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and functional business knowledge, enabling them to bridge the gap between complex supply chain requirements and technical system implementations.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform detailed IT solution analysis and lead the delivery of Oracle SCM and OM modules.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Design and develop technical components including RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to evaluate new Oracle features and their potential impact on business processes.
- Ensure all system configurations and customizations comply with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements and internal audit standards.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle R12 and Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including MD050, MD070, and TE040 documents.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Shipping Execution.
- Proven experience working in a SOX-compliant environment with a strong understanding of change management and audit controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving critical production issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical developers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Exton, PA for the duration of the project.
Project Details
This is a long-term consulting engagement with an initial duration of 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and project needs. The role is strictly onsite in Exton, Pennsylvania, providing the opportunity to work closely with the core project team and business leads. We are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running and add immediate value to our supply chain transformation initiatives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
