Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Cloud Architect with approximately 18-20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) Cloud, with a solid grasp of Demand and Supply Planning areas. This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle SCP Cloud, including at least two completed programs in Sales Operations Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCP Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) Cloud functionalities.
- Ensure a solid understanding and application of Demand and Supply Planning principles.
- Manage and execute at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCP Cloud.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Oracle SCP Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Effectively communicate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Independently lead design sessions and workshops.
- Be flexible and willing to travel frequently to customer locations as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- 18-20 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle SCP Cloud.
- Proven experience with at least two completed Oracle SCP Cloud implementations, specifically in Sales Operations Planning.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules within Oracle SCP Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead design sessions and interact with senior client executives.
- Flexibility to travel frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project-driven Supply Chain implementations in external environments.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

This is a remote position requiring significant flexibility and willingness to travel. The role involves working directly with clients to architect and implement Oracle SCP Cloud solutions, focusing on Sales and Operations Planning. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex SCM challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes. The ability to lead discussions with senior management and provide strategic guidance is crucial.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
