Job Description: Oracle Supply Planning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Planning Consultant with expertise in ASCP and Demantra to join our team. This role involves configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle’s Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demantra solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support ASCP, Demantra integrations, and Planning flows.
  • Manage collections, planning runs, exceptions, and the planner workbench.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Inventory teams on planning issues.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), test scripts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents.
  • Support testing, cutover, plan migration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Troubleshoot forecasting, planning output, and supply constraints.
  • Improve planning accuracy, master data, and lead time settings.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to forecasting, planning output, and supply constraints.

Technical/Functional Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ASCP and Demantra solution implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 ASCP, Demantra, and Production Planning.
  • Consultant must have hands-on experience in Oracle R12, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes, provide GAP analysis and design extensions to address them, configuring above listed modules, conducting conference room pilots and end user tests, planning and executing cut-over tasks, and providing post go-live support.
  • Good understanding of Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning processes.
  • Experience in ASCP plan setup (Standard, Constrained/Unconstrained, Net/New) and strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routings, Resources, Lead Times, Planning Parameters.
  • Experience with ASCP exceptions, planner workbench, reschedules, shortages, Collections, planning data refresh, snapshots.
  • Good understanding of Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing integration with Planning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot forecast issues, ATP issues, and plan output exceptions.
  • Strong knowledge in Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Demantra platform, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Expertise in Demantra: Demand Management, Forecasting, Worksheets, Scenarios.
  • Workbook development (Table-based, composite, data modification, alerts, hierarchies, filters, scenario hierarchy setup, series).
  • Planning engine knowledge and data model modification.
  • Troubleshoot worksheet issues, engine errors, interface failures, and batch jobs, workflows, methods, business modeler configurations.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Good SQL skills for data validation and planning diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of S&OP, DRP, constrained planning, pegging analysis.
  • Certification in Oracle Demantra Demand Management.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain heavy environments.
  • Work with Oracle vendor for standard problems.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $70 per year

Location: Phoenix, AZ
