About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Planning Consultant with deep expertise in ASCP and Demantra to support large-scale supply chain planning initiatives. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of planning solutions, ensuring accurate forecasting, demand planning, and supply execution aligned with business goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 ASCP and Demantra
- Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
- Deep understanding of MRP, BOM, Routings, Resources, Lead Times, and Planning Parameters
- Experience in ASCP plan setups (Standard, Constrained/Unconstrained, Net Change)
- Strong knowledge of planner workbench, exceptions, collections, and planning data refresh
- Experience troubleshooting forecast issues, ATP issues, and planning output exceptions
- Knowledge of Demantra architecture, workflows, and forecasting models
- Experience in integration with Inventory, WIP, Purchasing modules
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, functional specs, and test documentation
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and diagnostics
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with APCC (Advanced Planning Command Center)
- Knowledge of DRP, constrained planning, pegging analysis
- Oracle Demantra certification
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain-heavy environments
- Exposure to working with Oracle support/vendor teams
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle ASCP and Demantra modules
- Manage collections, planning runs, exceptions, and planner workbench activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and perform GAP analysis
- Design and configure planning solutions aligned with business processes
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post go-live (hypercare) activities
- Troubleshoot forecasting issues, planning exceptions, and integration failures
- Improve planning accuracy through master data and parameter optimization
- Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory, and procurement teams
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $70 per year
